To protect health and in accordance with the Health Authorities' recommendations to combat COVID-19, we have put the measures needed to look after all customers and staff in force in all our stores. At the same time, we are ensuring that the shopping experience can be just as good as before.

Shops will open their doors once government rules allow it and our facilities and teams are prepared.

MONITORING HEALTH RECOMMENDATIONS

Installation of posters in specific places, indicating the recommendations provided by the health authorities.
The in-store team will wear the recommended protective equipment.

DISINFECTION OF THE SPACE AND PRODUCTS

Cleaning shifts have been increased for furnishings, the warehouse, uniforms and products on display. All products will be provided in sealed packaging.
There will also be hand sanitiser available, and ventilation, air conditioning and aromatisation will all be optimised accordingly.

CAPACITY AND SAFETY DISTANCES

Each store will display their maximum capacity in its window, and we will activate the ADVANCE APPOINTMENT service in some of them.
Lines have also been put in place to show the safety distance inside, following the recommendations of the health authorities.

We offer the ability to have any items you have bought online or in BIMBA Y LOLA stores altered for free, except for those purchased in Outlets or El Corte Inglés. Only valid for seasonal products.

COLLECTION

From the time of opening, you will be able to pick up online orders that could not be delivered on time as a result of the closures.

RETURNS

All returns periods have been extended from the time we closed our stores. You have 30 days from the time our stores reopen to return any product.

IN-STORE SERVICES
