You can return your order up to 30 days after the purchase date through a courier company:

Send your return to our warehouse via the courier company of your choice. Note that with this method, you have to pay for shipping. We are not responsible for lost packages. So we recommend you send it by certified mail.

Follow these steps to return the item(s):

- Attach the sticker you received with your order to the outside of the box.
- If you can't find the sticker, download the delivery note from MY ACCOUNT, place it inside the box and send it to the following address. If you can't download it, please contact us.

Items must be returned in perfect condition, with tags attached, unused, and in their original packaging to guarantee the refund.

Jewellery and accessories must be returned in their original, unopened, sealed packaging, in good condition. In compliance with current health and safety regulations, and for your own safety, no refunds of cosmetic goods, toiletries or underwear will be accepted if the safety seals are not intact.

Masks, for hygiene reasons and for your own safety, cannot be returned.

Follow the status of your return using the tracking number on the transport company's website.

BIMBA Y LOLA refunds are issued to your original payment method, unless you make your return in store and ask for a BIMBA Y LOLA voucher. Shipping costs will be reimbursed for all orders, except for gift orders that are refunded in-store to a bank card.

We will notify you as soon as your return has been approved, either in store or by our distribution center.
