In store: free returns to any store within France (except Outlet, Printemps and Lafayette stores).

Via post or courier: To be sent to the address below — costs and responsibility for the sound delivery of goods to be assumed by the sender. We recommend you, for your safety, use a certified shipping service. Request your return follow these steps:

Put the sticker you received in the original package on the outside of the return box. If you do not have the sticker, put the delivery note that you will find in My account > Orders > Download Delivery Note inside the box and send the package to the following address:

Items must be returned in perfect condition, with tags attached, unused, and in their original packaging to guarantee the refund.

Jewellery and accessories must be returned in their original, unopened, sealed packaging, in good condition. In compliance with current health and safety regulations, and for your own safety, no refunds of cosmetic goods, toiletries or underwear will be accepted if the safety seals are not intact.

Masks, for hygiene reasons and for your own safety, cannot be returned.

BIMBA Y LOLA refunds are issued to your original payment method, unless you make your return in store and ask for a BIMBA Y LOLA voucher.

We will notify you as soon as your return has been approved, either in store or by our distribution center.
