In store: Free returns at any store in the Netherlands on presentation of the purchase receipt. The refund will be issued through the original payment method, to the person who made the purchase.
By post or courier: The cost and responsibility of the delivery of the items will be assumed by the sender. We recommend you send the product(s) by registered post, for your security. Follow these steps to make the return:
Put the sticker you received in the original package on the outside of the return box. If you do not have the sticker, put the delivery note that you will find in My account > Orders > Download Delivery Note inside the box and send the package to the following address:

Items must be returned in perfect condition, with tags attached, unused, and in their original packaging to guarantee the refund.
Jewellery and accessories must be returned in their original, unopened, sealed packaging, in good condition. In compliance with current health and safety regulations, and for your own safety, no refunds of cosmetic goods, toiletries or underwear will be accepted if the safety seals are not intact.
Masks, for hygiene reasons and for your own safety, cannot be returned.
