You can return your order up to 30 days after the purchase date:

1. In store: You can return your order at any store (except Outlets and El Corte Inglés). You just have to show your purchase receipt (delivery note) or the sticker you received with your order.

2. Through a courier company:

2.1 If you made your purchase as a registered user, you can return your order free of charge at any CTT office.

Follow these steps to return the item(s):

- Go to MY ACCOUNT > ORDERS AND RETURNS > RETURN A PRODUCT. Select the items you want to return.
- We will send you a return code by email. You can also download your label from MY ACCOUNT.
- Go to the post office with the package and show the return code you received.

* Note that if you don't follow the steps above, CTT may charge you shipping costs.

2.2 If you made your purchase as a guest: send your return to our warehouse via the courier company of your choice. Note that with this method, you have to pay for shipping. We are not responsible for lost packages. So we recommend you send it by certified mail.

Follow these steps to return the item(s):

- Attach the sticker you received with your order to the outside of the box.
- If you can't find the sticker, download the delivery note from MY ACCOUNT, place it inside the box and send it to the following address. If you can't download it, please contact us.

Items must be returned in pristine condition, with tags attached, unworn and in their original packaging, to ensure payment of your refund.

Jewelry and accessories must be returned in their unopened, sealed and original packaging in sound condition. In compliance with the current health and safety regulations and for your own safety, cosmetics, swimwear and underwear returns will not be accepted if the protective seal has been removed.

Masks, for hygiene reasons and for your own safety, cannot be returned.

BIMBA Y LOLA refunds are issued to your original payment method, unless you make your return in store and ask for a BIMBA Y LOLA voucher. Shipping costs will be reimbursed for all orders, except for gift orders that are refunded in-store to a bank card.

We will notify you as soon as your return has been approved, either in store or by our distribution center.
