In store: free returns to any store within Portugal (except Outlet and El Corte Inglés stores).

Correios - CTT Offices (registered users ONLY): free returns to any Correios - CTT office. To make a return follow these steps:

  • Go to My Account > Orders & Returns > Request a Return and select the items you wish to return. A return label will be generated.
  • Attach the sticker you received inside the original package on the outside of the return box.
  • If you don't have the sticker, please print and attach the return label that is automatically generated after clicking on "Request return".
  • **Show the return label at the Post Office to send it back free of charge.

**Please note that if you don't follow the steps above, your return to the Post Office may incur additional charges.

Via post or courier: to be sent to the address below — costs and responsibility for the sound delivery of goods to be assumed by the sender. We recommend you, for your safety, use a certified shipping service. Request your return follow these steps.

Attach the sticker you received inside the original package on the outside of the return box. If you don’t have the sticker, insert the delivery note that you will find in My account > Orders > Download delivery note inside the box and send the package to the following address.

Items must be returned in pristine condition, with tags attached, unworn and in their original packaging, to ensure payment of your refund.

Jewelry and accessories must be returned in their unopened, sealed and original packaging in sound condition. In compliance with the current health and safety regulations and for your own safety, cosmetics, swimwear and underwear returns will not be accepted if the protective seal has been removed.

BIMBA Y LOLA refunds are issued to your original payment method, unless you make your return in store and ask for a BIMBA Y LOLA voucher.

We will notify you as soon as your return has been approved, either in store or by our distribution center.
