Via post or courier: to be sent to the address below — costs and responsibility for the sound delivery of goods to be assumed by the sender. We recommend you, for your safety, use a certified shipping service.

Items must be returned in pristine condition, with tags attached, unworn and in their original packaging, to ensure payment of your refund.

Jewelry and accessories must be returned in their unopened, sealed and original packaging in sound condition. In compliance with the current health and safety regulations and for your own safety, cosmetics, swimwear and underwear returns will not be accepted if the protective seal has been removed.

Masks, for hygiene reasons and for your own safety, cannot be returned.

BIMBA Y LOLA refunds are issued to your original payment method, unless you make your return in store and ask for a BIMBA Y LOLA voucher.
