You have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to return your item. This period is extended until January 2 for all purchases made between November 14 and December 2.
Return items by using a private mail or courier (you will be responsible for the shipping costs).
For your security, we recommend sending the package by certified shipping service. Include the delivery note you received with your order in the package or you can download it to the "order on its way" email. If you don't have the delivery note, include the label you received with your order and send the package to the following address:

BIMBA Y LOLA refunds are processed using the original payment method unless you make your return in a store and request a BIMBA Y LOLA voucher card.
Once we have processed your refund, you will see the amount in your bank account within five (5) working days.
