Send your return to our warehouse via the courier company of your choice. Note that with this method, you have to pay for shipping. We are not responsible for lost packages.

So we recommend you send it by certified mail. The refund will be issued through the original payment method, to the person who made the purchase.

Request your return follow these steps:
- Step 1: Place the sticker you received with your order on the outside of the box.
- Step 2: Insert it into the box and send it to:

If you do not keep that sticker, contact our Customer Care here and request your purchase note.

Follow the status of your return using the tracking number on the transport company's website.

* Items must be returned in perfect condition, with tags attached, unused, and in their original packaging to guarantee the refund.

* Jewellery and accessories must be returned in their original, unopened, sealed packaging, in good condition.

* In compliance with current health and safety regulations, and for the safety of the client, swimsuit returns will not be accepted without the security seals intact.
