1.REGISTER

1.1.HOW CAN I REGISTER ON BIMBAYLOLA.COM?

Creating an account is quick and easy. Click on +INFO > MY ACCOUNT visible in our website or app. If you are already registered with BIMBA Y LOLA, enter your email address and password and click “ENTER”. Otherwise please fill in the "REGISTER" form and follow the steps. We kindly suggest you be as meticulous as possible when providing your details to make sure your BIMBA Y LOLA experience is smooth and frictionless.

Alternatively, you can check out as a guest or use your Facebook or Google accounts, but you won’t be able to enjoy our special promotions, personalized recommendations and some of our exclusive content.

1.2.WHAT ARE THE ADVANTAGES OF BEING A REGISTER USER?

As a registered user, you will be able to access exclusive options and services:

1.3.WHAT CAN I DO IF I HAVE FORGOTTEN MY PASSWORD?

If you have forgotten your password, please click on +INFO > MY ACCOUNT in our website or app, click on “FORGOT PASSWORD” and enter the email address you registered with.

We will send you an email right away with a link to reset your password. Click on the link, follow the instructions, input your new password and confirm it in the next field.

If you do not receive our email immediately, please check your spam folder. If the problem persists, contact our Customer Care team to get assistance.

1.4.HOW CAN I MODIFY MY ACCOUNT DETAILS?

To make sure your BIMBA Y LOLA experience runs smoothly, you can edit your personal details (except the email address you registered with) and preferences from your account at any time. To do so, simply log into your account via +INFO > MY ACCOUNT.

1.5.HOW CAN I DELETE MY DETAILS FROM BIMBA Y LOLA´S DATABASE?

Your details will be treated in accordance with European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2016/679. At any time, you can exercise your rights to access, modify and/or cancel the details included in the registration form by sending written notice to lopd@bimbaylola.com from the email address used to set up your registration, or by sending a letter accompanied by a copy of your national identification to BIMBA Y LOLA (Customer Service dept.), Parque Tecnológico y Logístico de Vigo, Texvigo, Nave D13, 36315 Vigo.

2.HOW TO BUY

2.1.HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER ON BIMBAYLOLA.COM?

1.- Browse our products:

You can browse all categories on the BIMBA Y LOLA website. Simply click on a product to be taken to its product page to find all relevant information (sizing, composition, color options, shipping, returns, etc.).

2.- Select your products:

Add items directly from the grid to your Shopping bag by selecting the the item using the quick shop icon and the size (if applicable). From a product page, select color and size (if applicable), and simply add to your Shopping bag clicking on “ADD TO BAG”.

3.- Shopping Bag:

Review your selected items by clicking on the “SHOPPING BAG” icon at the upper right corner of the website or app page, and proceed to checkout.

At any time before checkout you can edit, add or remove any item, and also review the subtotal amount with any discounts applied. Delivery charges will also be displayed (if applicable).

You can also save any product for later (to make a future purchase, or if a product is temporarily unavailable, etc.) by simply selecting “SAVE FOR LATER” from the product page.

4.- Checkout:

a) Purchase details: Review the full summary of your order details.

b) Placing your order:

- As a registered user, simply log in with your email address and password to access your saved preferences and breeze through checkout.
- Alternatively, you can place your order using Facebook or Google accounts.
- Finally, you can check out as a guest. You will be able to become a registered user after your order is placed: we will only ask you to create a password for your account to be set up.

c) Shipment: BIMBA Y LOLA will automatically offer all available shipment options. We kindly invite you to carefully review all details to ensure a flawless delivery.

d) Payment method: Select your preferred method of payment and securely enter your details as requested.

e) Last step: Click on “PLACE ORDER”.

f) Your order is confirmed. You will receive an order confirmation by email within minutes. Additionally, if you are a registered user, you can access your order details at any time from your BIMBA Y LOLA account through “ACCOUNT > ORDERS & RETURNS”.

Congrats, you are now part of the BIMBA Y LOLA World!

2.2.HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER AS A GIFT?

To place an order as a gift, simply go to your Shopping bag and tick the box “It’s a gift”. You will then be given the option to include a message for the recipient. No prices will be displayed for gifts, neither on items nor in the delivery note.

Your gift order will be gift-wrapped with care, packed and sent to the address of your choice. Please make sure the address and delivery instructions are correctly provided to avoid any issues.

If you wish to order gifts for multiple recipients, please proceed by placing an order for each, as we are not able to separately gift-wrap and split deliveries from a single order.

2.3.WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES BIMBA Y LOLA ACCEPT?

Credit and debit card (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Maestro) and PayPal.

Please note that gift cards and vouchers are not valid as online payment methods.

2.4.IS IT SAFE TO BUY ON BIMBAYLOLA.COM?

To ensure credit and debit card payment security, we use secure payment systems. The confidential payment data are transmitted directly and encrypted (SSL) to the financial entity. When you make the payment over a secure payment gateway, the system will automatically verify that the credit card is activated for Secure Electronic Commerce. The issuing bank will then authorize the operation.

BIMBA Y LOLA strictly complies with all data protection regulations imposed by each payment method you may use to make your purchase.

2.5.HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER IS BEING PROCESSED?

Shortly after your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation by email containing all the relevant information about your order. If you opted for the ‘“It’s a gift” option, your message will also be featured.

As a registered user, you can also check your order status from your account in the "ORDER & RETURNS” section.

2.6.CAN I MODIFY MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

To ensure fast logistics and high standards for deliveries, we contract with the best transport partners. As a result, we may not be able to modify the delivery address for your order after it has been placed. Please contact our transport partner if you need to correct the delivery details.

When selecting PayPal as your payment method, no changes can be made to the delivery address once the order has been placed.

We kindly recommend updating your BIMBA Y LOLA account details when necessary, to make sure your next shopping experience is smooth and frictionless.

2.7.CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

As a result of our fast logistics and high standards for deliveries, the cancellation of an order is only possible if preparation has not yet begun. Please contact our customer care team to manage your cancellation request.

2.8.CAN I ASK FOR AN INVOICE?

For purchases made in Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands) you can request the invoice of your purchase by selecting the option "INVOICE" in the checkout.

You can also download the invoice by accessing your account.

In case you have not requested the invoice during the purchase process, you should contact our Customer Service team here.

3.PRODUCT

3.1.THE ITEM I WANT IS SOLD OUT. HOW AM I NOTIFIED THAT IT IS BACK IN STOCK?

If an item is out of stock or temporarily unavailable in your size, you can subscribe to our “Availability alerts”. From the item’s product page, simply select your size and enter your email address to be notified once it becomes available again.

Please note that opting for “Availability alerts” does not imply any kind of reservation. Once notified, you must hurry up if you don’t want to miss your chance!

3.2.WHAT SIZE SHOULD I ORDER?

3.4.CAN I ALTER AN ITEM BOUGHT ON BIMBAYLOLA.COM?

At BIMBA Y LOLA, we offer you the possibility of altering any garment you buy either online or in store free of charge.

You can use this service for any piece of clothing during the first month after purchasing it (except for OUTLET products).

How to do it?
Once you have received your order, you can go to any store (except Canary Islands, Outlet and El Corte Inglés stores) and ask for this service by presenting the receipt.

Are alterations for free?
All basic alterations for pieces of the current season are included in the service. But rates will apply if the garments are from previous seasons or if the alterations are more intricate.

4.GIFT ORDER

4.1.HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER AS A GIFT?

Via post or courier: to be sent to the address below — costs and responsibility for the sound delivery of goods to be assumed by the sender. We recommend you, for your safety, use a certified shipping service. In this case, the refund will be issued through the original payment method, to the person who made the purchase.

Request your return follow these steps:

Put the sticker you received in the original package on the outside of the return box. If you do not have the sticker, put the gift receipt inside the box and send the package to the following address:

Items must be returned in perfect condition, with tags attached, unused, and in their original packaging to guarantee the refund.

Jewellery and accessories must be returned in their original, unopened, sealed packaging, in good condition. In compliance with current health and safety regulations, and for your own safety, no refunds of cosmetic goods, toiletries or underwear will be accepted if the safety seals are not intact.

Follow the status of your return using the tracking number on the transport company's website.

  • Go to My Account > Orders & Returns > Request a Return and select the items you wish to return. A return label will be generated.
  • Attach the sticker you received inside the original package on the outside of the return box.
  • If you don't have the sticker, please print and attach the return label that is automatically generated after clicking on "Request return".
  • **Show the return label at the Post Office to send it back free of charge.

**Please note that if you don't follow the steps above, your return to the Post Office may incur additional charges.

Via post or courier: to be sent to the address below — costs and responsibility for the sound delivery of goods to be assumed by the sender. We recommend you, for your safety, use a certified shipping service. Request your return follow these steps:

BIMBA Y LOLA refunds are issued to your original payment method, unless you make your return in store and ask for a BIMBA Y LOLA voucher.

7.3.WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I HAVE RECEIVED A FAULTY OR INCORRECT PRODUCT?

Despite the fact that all of our products go under the strictest quality controls before being shipped, in the unlikely event of receiving a faulty product, the quickest solution is to go to the nearest store (except Canary Islands, Outlet and El Corte Inglés stores) where an attendant will evaluate the product. If the quality defect is confirmed, and the store has the item in stock, we will exchange the product, or we will refund you instead according to your preference.

If you do not have a store near you, we suggest you contact our Customer Service including the following information:

- Order number
- Product reference
- Brief description of the possible defect
- One or more photographs/video of the affected area and the whole product

We will examine the returned product carefully and notify you by email whether the item should be replaced (if appropriate) or refunded.

In the event of damaged packaging, please notify the courier service as soon as you receive your order.

7.4.CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

A BIMBA Y LOLA online exchange feature is not yet available, though we do not rule it out in the future!

Meanwhile, you can place a new order for the desired item and simply return the original one.

8.TRACK ORDER

8.1.HOW CAN I CHECK MY ORDER STATUS?

Once your order is with our transport partner and the delivery process has started, you will receive an email providing you with a tracking number to check the delivery status of your parcel. The activation of the tracking number may take a maximum of 24 hours from the shipment confirmation sent to you by email. Please allow some time to be able to follow your order.

As a registered user, you can also follow the status of your delivery from your account.
